This Privacy Policy describes how HawkEyes Digital Monitoring Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: You may create an account directly in the App through our sign-up / registration process (First Name, Last Name, username, email and password). We collect this minimal account data solely to authenticate and provide you access. We do not collect or store other personal data such as home address or date of birth.
• Media & Face Data: When using modules that involve image or audio input, you may upload or capture photos, videos or audio that may include face(s). These inputs are processed by our AI modules (e.g., face detection, face recognition) to generate insights. We do not use this data for marketing, do not share it with external third-parties for advertising, and we delete it according to our retention policy.
• Device Permissions: The App may request access to your camera, microphone or photo library so you can capture/upload content. These permissions are optional and only used if you choose to use those features.
• Technical/Anonymous Data: We may collect non-identifying diagnostic or performance data (e.g., crash logs or performance metrics) to improve the App. This data is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate and verify your account access.
• To enable the AI analysis modules (image, audio, text) when you submit media.
• To provide you the results or insights generated by the AI modules.
• To enhance performance, security and reliability of the App.

3. Data Storage & Security

Uploaded media and derived face or recognition data are stored securely in our infrastructure and protected with modern encryption. Access is restricted to our authorized personnel. We do not sell or rent personal data to any third-party organizations.

4. Permissions & User Control

You may revoke camera, microphone or photo-library permissions at any time via your device settings. Please note that disabling these permissions may limit certain App features.

5. Data Retention

Media inputs (including images with face data) and associated analysis results are retained only as long as needed for processing and review. Specifically, such data is automatically deleted after thirty (30) days unless you request earlier deletion via the App. We do not retain identifying personal records beyond what is needed to operate the App.

6. Third-Party Services

We manage authentication, data processing and storage internally. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services that collect personal user information or face data for profiling or targeting.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or maintain data from anyone under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
